Welcome to Starr Care, we are a small and friendly team. We currently employ 35 community care workers including two bank staff.

The office staff are:

Kim Parrott

Company Director. Over-see’s all Company business, Finance and policy and procedure.

Natalie Hinchliffe

Manager. Over-see’s day to day running of the company. Natalie carries out supervisions, appraisals, reviews and disciplinary procedures, recruitment and advertising.

Jacqui Munro

Head Senior Care Officer. Your first point of call if you have any questions or problems. Jacqui is based 50% of the time in the office and the other 50% is in the community, she knows all the clients very well and does the roistering every other week. Jacqui will liaise with other members of the multi disciplinary team on your behalf and has close contact with the local social care teams. Jacqui holds the on-call phone every other week.

Vicki Shields

Senior Care Officer. Works alongside Jacqui, Vicki holds the on-call phone every other week and roisters every other week opposite Jaqcui. Vicki is based 50% of the time in the office and the other 50% in the community. Vicki will liaise with other members of the disciplinary team on your behalf. Vicki will carry out spot checks on all staff and clients.
